Refund Policy
Effective date: September 23, 2026
This policy explains when a payment for EveryUnitKnown is refunded, what happens when you cancel or change a plan, and how to ask for a refund. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Free plan and free trial
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment method. The free trial gives a workspace 14 days of full access, also without a payment method; nothing is charged when it ends, and the workspace returns to the Free plan.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If a paid subscription is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of its first payment, monthly or yearly. No reason is needed. The guarantee applies to the first payment of a workspace's paid subscription.
When the refund is issued the subscription ends and the workspace returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
3. Cancelling a subscription
A workspace administrator can cancel at any time from the workspace settings, or by writing to support [at] everyunitknown.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the capacity you paid for stays available until the end of the current billing period, and the workspace then returns to the Free plan.
Outside the 30-day guarantee, the remainder of a period already paid for is not refunded, in full or in part.
Cancelling never deletes data. If the workspace holds more than the Free plan allows, existing records stay readable and exportable, and adding new ones is paused until the workspace is back within the allowance or subscribed again.
4. Changing a plan
- Raising plan capacity takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the current billing period.
- Lowering plan capacity, or switching between monthly and yearly billing, also takes effect immediately. The unused part of what you already paid is credited against your next charges rather than paid out.
5. Billing errors
A duplicate charge, or a charge made after a cancellation took effect, is refunded in full whenever it is reported.
6. Statutory rights
Consumers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and some other countries have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days. Nothing in this policy limits a right that applicable law does not allow to be limited; where the law grants more than this policy, the law applies.
7. How to request a refund
Write to support [at] everyunitknown.com from the email address on your account, naming the workspace and the date or receipt number of the payment. We answer within 3–5 business days.
An approved refund, including the tax charged on that payment, goes back to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
Orders may be processed by an authorized reseller acting as merchant of record. In that case the reseller's name appears on your receipt and bank statement, and the reseller issues the refund to your original payment method.
If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before disputing it with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster.
